• STEP#1:  For new members, click here first (required) to fill out the member form to tell us about yourself, and any skills and abilities you have. 
  
  NOTE:   This member form must be completed before we can add you to the public Members list.

• STEP#2: Second, after doing STEP # 1 (above),  click here to create a UserName and PassWord.

  NOTE:   For pre-existing members that have already joined in the past at the previous FOAVC web-site (prior to 30-June-2007), please click here to find your UserName and get your PassWord (via E-Mail activation).

• STEP#3: Contact your Congress persons and your state and local government officials.  We are building a database to record all of their responses to their position on Article V of the Constitution.   Also, don't forget to add your name to the petition/survey for an Article V  Convention.

• STEP#4: Please consider a donation of your time, skills, or monetarily.  FOAVC is a 100% non-profit and 100% volunteer organization, and ALL funds are used to further the mission of FOAVC, which is to preserve our constitutional rights, and bring about an Article V Convention.
